Ageless Training is our signature 30-minute small-group class built specifically for adults 55 and older. Every session focuses on functional movements — the everyday motions that make life easier, safer, and more enjoyable. Groups are capped at 6 people so every participant gets real attention.

Small Group Training combines the accountability of a personal trainer with the energy and community of a group setting. Sessions run 30 to 60 minutes with up to 4 participants, mixing strength training, HIIT, and cardio to help you build fitness, burn fat, and feel strong.
