Ageless Training is our signature small-group fitness class designed specifically for adults 55 and older. Each 30-minute session focuses on functional movement — the everyday motions that improve your quality of life, mobility, and independence. Classes are capped at 6 participants so everyone gets real attention from the coach.

Not at all. Most of our members start with little to no gym experience. Our coaches are trained to meet you exactly where you are and build from there. We work with adults who haven't exercised in years, members managing health conditions, and complete beginners — all in a judgment-free environment.

Every membership includes 24/7 access to all four East Tennessee locations, a free monthly fitness consultation with a trainer, access to Ageless Training classes (at participating times), and accountability coaching. Your membership works at all Ageless Fitness locations — Sweetwater, Loudon, Harriman, and Madisonville.

All four Ageless Fitness locations offer 24/7 access — your key fob works any time of day or night. Staffed hours and class times vary by location. Check the schedule page for current Ageless Training class times at each location.

For $199, you get 9 Ageless Training sessions to use over 21 days — training three times per week for three weeks. Research shows it takes around 21 days to start forming a new habit, and our 21-Day Challenge is designed around exactly that. It's the perfect low-pressure way to experience the Ageless Training program and get to know your coaches and community.
